MEET ROC SOL

Roc Sol is a noteable artist and muralist from Miami, Florida who is known for his abstract patterns, mixed-media artwork, digital art designs, community art events and music. He is the co-founder of the mural company Project Roadmap where he paints large-scale murals with a curated artist team of highly skilled muralists within South Florida. His collaborations with high-profile brands and significant mural work — including work with Verizon, Jarritos, and the Bored Ape Yacht Club — highlight his versatility and commitment to bringing art into public and digital spaces. Roc Sol is a creative force that understands client needs while offering a professional, innovative perspective that enhances brand messaging. He also loves to create content showcasing his creative process and artistic works to enhance the message behind each canvas and mural.

Roc Sol has carved a niche in the art world with his unique style that marries the gritty energy of street art with the polished aesthetics of fine art. He has a diverse range of skills including digital design, murals, illustration and abstract works. His signature pieces are recognized for their kaleidoscopic, stained-glass graffiti effects and a dynamic use of color and form, as well as his mixed media use within illustrative pop art styles and portraits. He is also recognized for his original, abstract Solbot characters that he has been cultivating since 2013. In September 2017, Roc Sol hosted his career-defining first solo art exhibition titled “Feel Free” where he showcased over 100 fine art pieces of artwork that were created within 4 months before the show.

Since 2021, Roc Sol has been recognized as a world-renowned artist with a global Impact. He became a longstanding member of the Bored Ape Yacht Club and joined multiple online communities where he became an influential figure in blending his original style within the digital space though traditional art such as canvases and murals. His signature patterns became highly recognizable and has been highly sought after by art collectors.

Aside from being an artist, Roc Sol is also an educator. He is highly committed to sharing his knowledge with the next generation. He actively participates in P.A.T.H (Preserving, Archiving & Teaching Hiphop) as an Artist-In-Residence teaching the Kids Graffiti Drawing Class at the Museum of Graffiti. He shares his deep-rooted knowledge in graffiti, hip-hop, and fine arts, inspiring young individuals to express themselves and develop their talents learning how to create using new techniques. He also participated in Yuga Labs’ partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters by being selected as one of the artists to instruct and mentor the youth at BBBS Miami through their Digital Arts Program.
